Seriously, if you’re a copywriter we’re hiring. On BWW, GEICO, Axe. Brilliant people and and a positive environment. Don’t settle.

Droga is in a different league. R/GA is better compared to a shop like Vayner.
Droga WAS in a different league. Droga hasn’t been “Droga” for awhile though now that the Accenture suits are running it.
Also Facebook, Harley Davidson, Equinox etc...hardly the work of Accenture “suits”
If you want to be a “digital transformation” creative and focus on apps, banners, web, and lame social posts... go for RGA. If you want to do conceptually based creative work and campaigns, the no brainer is Droga.

Been at both places. R/GA does many things, some better than other. Brilliant people overall. If you want to do good advertising go to Droga. If you want to push yourself to do new things go to R/GA.
The phrasing of your question reveals you’re not excited about either. This industry is hard - you deserve to feel more.
RGA has changed a lot. Departure of NY ECDs was a bad sign. Best CDs left. The agency moves to a new model. More consulting, less creative perhaps. Droga remains a creative hub for those who work on the best accounts.
D5 by far. But they neeeeever post creative openings 😪😪😪
Droga hands down... but it’s a tough environment but brilliant people and opportunity to do a lot of great work

Seriously - if Accenture are going to fuck up Droga like they’re continuing to do with their other agency acquisitions, your position will be short lived because you won’t want to be there. There is a load of creative brilliance in agencies other than these two end-ups.
Everyone Australian I know tells me the Monkeys are still great and still the best creative shop in that part of the world?
Choice is clear. Been at warner media for a while and not sure the current reps of both agencies. Thinking about taking a jump back toward the agency side.
Is R/GA even hiring?
Droga 5 all the way. The recruiters at RGA will make you several promises and then ghost you.
