Yeah you can log off at 9pm instead of 10pm đ

Take ten 6 minute breaks throughout the day.
'Sorry. I can't take a meeting between 11:54 and noon. I'm on PTO.'
If you block those minutes off on your calendar then it should eliminate about 50% of your available meeting times resulting in significantly more downtime than 200 hours during the year.

Take every monday off for a year. much better use of your PTO

I donât think firms will appreciate you just choosing to do this. You have to run stuff like this by your manager also.
If firms were okay with it, and confirmed with them theyâre happy with that, that would be much better than taking an hour off for a bunch of days.
Theoretically, but thatâs assuming youâre able to enforce an 8 hour workday all year. Iâd advise truly disconnecting with a full day / vacation instead
^ also recommend Monday and not Friday

Theoretically yes, but like D1âs joke comment, it wouldnât be practical. Last minute emails, deliverables that need to get done, managers who pull you in for quick meetings.

I have 344 hours. đ
No. You can take a day off, and you can take a half day off. Thatâs it.
Some places make you take four hour blocks. Check the policy on whatâs allowable
