Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.

While travelling, the factor more important than physical fitness is mental fitness. Travelling screws your circadian rhythm and that impacts your other mental abilities like focus, intelligence, rational & analytical thinking, throws you off completely and you are not able to perform in that state. It's much more important to be in a better mental state. As far as physical fitness goes, you have to eat on time, eat well, try to squeeze in small workouts in your day and try to be active throughout the day.
Discipline. Today it was raining hard. Still I went for running in rains wearing a raincoat and a slipper chappal. Same with food. Plus reading great books and Yoga. Take time for these things daily.
Being fit is a relative term, varies for each individual. For most, as long as you eat healthy and workout 2 times a week, you should be fine.
Watch your food. While traveling, you might find a hard time working out so you should really consider what you put inside your body. Diet is the key.
