If you have life time status with Marriott, does it apply to SPG property as well? Can someone explain?

I've got $150k in the bank. 500k Marriott points and 300k miles. Now that my lease has ended, I'm seriously considering quitting and just taking vacation like the irresponsible millennial I am.

Do project managers have the “authority” to tell Technical and Solution architects what they should/should not do on projects? Our PM is making our lives a living hell because she does not understand anything but is on a power trip. The ironic thing is that she told us that she is here to help us and do whatever to it takes, but is doing nothing but micromanaging, having us do her create her project plan, etc bcuz she doesnt even understand the basics.
