Hi IBM sharks 🦈
So I got interviewed for a project by the IBM team. The interviewer told me that its a go ahead from their end, now the client will assess my profile and if they too are fine with it, I will be onboarded?
Is it true that we have client interview as well? If yes then after how many days of interview by IBM team, client interview takes place?
Or its just that if the IBM team is fine with it, we are selected for the project?
Any inputs on this will really help :)

I’d follow the recruiter rule and say a year. So much can change in that time to entice you to accept an offer this time around, depending on how you declined their offer in the past.
Just keep applying I say. Beat em down :)
Why did you decline? And what has changed this time around?
It was a little over a year ago. I got similar offerers from two agencies I really liked and went with the one I thought would be a better fit for me. I was wrong.
Now I'm looking again and I'm wondering if it's worth reaching out to the other place again in my search. I declined the offer politely and things were amicable I felt.
I think if they made you an offer before they’d remember you fondly.
Just write the recruiter and let them know you chose wrong and would like another shot to work with them. No need to wait either!
