I am currently working at one of the top tier company (service based)at a project which has come to like and end and very minimal work is there and the team wont give release since they have a minimal workforce and they kind outilize us for their support. As a budding developer I think its kind of a waste of time even though i can alawys keep leaening. Recently I got an offer from Infosys . Recently i have seen many associates are complaining about work pressure at Infosys. The working environment has gotten worse. People are working 18 hrs per day and even on weekends. Its not specific to a project or vertical. Many of my friends resigned just because of no wlb there. What could be the cause of this? Is it really possible that Infosys will collapse soon. My LWD in CG was in 25th Oct. Before leaving the company i had received all clearances except BU Hr. Before leaving i had several follow up with hr and she said that she will giveclearance on my lwd. But till now they have not givem me clearance. Due to which I still didn't get release letter. I already dropped mail to offboarding team on Monday 31st oct they asked the concerned hr to provide the clearance but there is no reply from her. Anyone has any idea how can I get the clearance?
