If memory serves you have a year (but it's been a while).

You don’t have to repurchase! If you buy the 2021 materials, you’ll be given the 2021 version of the test regardless of when you take it (though there is some time limit on that - I don’t remember how long). For your reference, I bought the study materials in October 2020 and got lazy and didn’t take the tests until this summer and everything went fine. Good luck!

It was super easy! Passed all 4 within 10 days. What I did was study for each section fully then went back and re-studied for each one right before taking it (since you have to pass all 4 in a 30 day window). Personally I read the entire book but it was in no way necessary. If you do all the MCQs like 5 times each you would pass.

Thank you!

Hello everyone! What certifications do you think would be useful to a person who is a newcomer in the fraud and forensic industry. I want to boost my skill set and profile. Currently working as a due diligence, risk and compliance researcher at Kroll. I feel the research role is quite redundant without growth opportunities. Want to move into financial crime compliance. Will the CFE or CAMS be a good investment towards achieving this goal? My background is in law. Please advise.
