I am starting an outsourcing IT Support company, and I want to hire people with autistic spectrum, since I am autistic myself. I would like to know if anyone is interested to invest on it, or if anyone would like to hire our services. The company is based in Colombia. Our website is repshome.com

Best fit - only apply to one or it looks like you’re scatterbrained
Despite the fact that you might be a good fit for all of them, most HR departments will only allow you to be considered for one role at a time. It avoids internal conflict — if you interview for two roles and then both teams want you, it creates a problem. I’d apply to the one you’re most drawn to then assuming you get a screener, mention the other roles casually. “While this role fits well with my current skill set, this other role(s) also piqued my interest. Is it/are they still open? If so, would you be comfortable presenting me for one of them should the team opt to see other candidates?” Or whatever.
Most recruiters will submit you for another role if they fill you are a good fit for the agency and/or other roles
