Well yeah sure…if at the end of it the position it translated into a highly paid six figures career at the end of it or gave you amazing experience you knew translated into something great. Kinda like residents in medicine. For years, they make literally nothing and then overnight it changes from like 40K to 500k instantly lol There are absolutely scenarios where the investment of unpaid for awhile is worth it.
Like clerking for free at the Supreme Court. I’m sure that would catapult you to much higher pay later on even if you are unpaid for awhile.

Neurosurgery is not the only specialty that makes 500k. There is orthopedic surgery, cardiology, gastroenterology, anesthesiology, Dermatology, etc. All of these hit mid six figures right off the bat easily. Generalists will make about half that. Give or take 100k. I think you are underestimating what doctors make. They make a crap load. Even a family practitioner will hit around 200-250k. And this is just starting. Many cardiologists for instance will make closer to like $700k or more as they move up in their career and especially if they have their own practice. I know one particularly that makes closer to a million, but he is an interventional one.
TLDR: being a doctor is probably the only field in the US that pretty much guarantees wealth (if you get into and graduate med school)
I wouldn't do anything unpaid ever. Too old with too many bills - couldn't go back to having zero income lol.
Part-time absolutely!!

Lol no
No, because anyone who wants you to work for them unpaid doesn’t value you or what you’ll be doing and will not invest in your development. Can’t imagine any of the Obamas would ask someone to work for them for nothing. Musk is well known as a narcissist in the clinical sense so probably would have no qualms over unpaid labor despite being worth billions

Lol! quite the pairing of options. Also, very American display of values when combined together.
Yes
My first thought was Nelson Mandela. But he has passed on so I can't run into him at lunch. Maybe Elon Musk or the Obama's.
Trump Org is looking for a new CFO
If it turns into full time after the internship maybe. If not no
Does that internship come with like full time CEO of a Fortune 500 company with multi million dollar salary after lol
If there’s hella incentive bonuses up for grabs after the internship period ends… let me at it. I don’t even really care what it is. So long as it’s exciting and not mundane af.
Yeah tony stark
Did I already win the lottery? Am I already independently wealthy? If not, no. I have kids and bills.
