Senior 1 here- I have recently been getting severe episodes of panic attacks every morning before sitting down to work. Unusually anxious this busy season (probably due to be assigned on a huge re estate fund client which i am definitely incapable of managing in addition to smaller clients)? Has anyone needed to be on blood thinners during their treatment? Found out I have Factor V Leiden from the genetic testing/bloodwork I did and the clinic referred me to a hematologist. He said I would need to use heparin throughout the process and for a month after egg retrieval while the estrogen levels come down. Just wondering how common that is & any thoughts/advice appreciated! (Also wondering if the heparin costs would be covered by insurance if the rest is out of pocket)

How difficult is to lean golang?

Kind of a new distance runner here (completed my first half mara last month) and am usually run on treadmill for workouts during the week. I also wear an Apple Watch. Have noticed that my Apple Watch tends to say I’ve run a longer distance, at a faster speed, than treadmill. (It’s usually up to 0.5 miles off and 0.5mph off in speed). Anyone experience this?
