If you want to drop out of a company within a few days, high chances are that you have another offer in hand and that company is expecting you to join immediately. The best option in such a situation is to abscond rather than serving notice period.
Chief
@tl1 same feeling
It would be clarified in your offer letter. Immediate release doesn't happen usually. Either it would be a 1 month or 2 month notice period if you're in probation.
Chief
Offer does not say about notice period during probation. It only talks about 3 months np
