Hello fishes, I joined Nagarro on 24th of August. But still no project is assigned yet. Basically I am on bench. Now I am about to get an offer from ServiceNow. I really wanna join ServiceNow as it's a big product based organisation and the competition is really high compared to Nagarro. ServiceNow is giving me a joining date of 1st October. As I am still on bench, will I get released by Nagarro soon ? Because no project is allocated to me.

100% charge it to the client.
Budgets, like the pirate code, are more what you call guidelines.
Charge to the client. And put good descriptions.
Do the work yourself! Save a copy of the staff work and show them
A very wise gentleman at the firm said, “Don’t make billing decisions on your timesheet. Put it n there as billable with an internal note that is very descriptive. The billing partner can make the decision of whether to pass this expense on to the client.”
Charge to client because staffing is part of project management. If someone isn’t pulling their weight, that should be reflected in the budget as extra hours (in this case, that you spend reviewing). Then the team has a decision to make: either allocate more hours because needs were underestimated, or search for a better associate when possible.
Sounds harsh, but it’s true
There should be a training/supervision code you can ding. Just make sure your manager is aware of it. We don’t like surprises at the end of the month during billing.
would be great to have a training code - literally 1/2 my time is spent training. But that is the nature of or work.
