Honestly don't understand why people are so opposed to going into the office. Is this because you think spending 20-60 min commuting each way costs you billables? Personally I need separation between work and home. It helps my mental health but the anger I see in some posts about having to go to the office is strange to me.

My District decided to initiate a “no zero policy” starting now. I was informed by administration that when a student does not turn in their work, I still have to give the student a fifty percent even though that student didn’t earn it. I teach sixth graders and I am not sure how I feel about this. Any words of advice?

I'm currently working with TCS with 10.91LPA CTC (including 1.4L variable pay) and 7.2 years experience. It's been 20 months I joined TCS. Now I have an offer from Infosys for 16.6LPA(including 2.5L variable pay) for Technology Lead. I'm severely in financial crisis after my husband lost his business in covid which tempted me to try other opportunities. Is it worth to join Infosys. Continuation in TCS or moving to Infosys which is better. Kindly suggest

Pt 2: Seems to me we should know as well if we were also inside the same 40 foot metal box on wheels as a positive Covid case. It's already difficult to make these players keep their masks on the bus. I personally had to tell at some on my bus a few times to stop eating and pit their masks on, but when I returned to garage, of course there were food wrappers and crumbs scattered on my bus floor. I can't see in the darkness and the coaches are oblivious.
