I've been working here for about two years now, and I have to say, I love my job. The company culture is great and the people are wonderful to work with. But recently, I've noticed that my manager has been asking me to do more and more work on my own without giving me any additional compensation for my time. He just keeps telling me that if I want to get ahead, then this is what I need to do.

There's a manager on our team that has a very difficult managerial style (demanding, belittling, micromanaging). I'm also a manager. The staff have confided in me about how toxic it's become - to the point where one staff has cried and said they are at their breaking point. Any advice on how to handle the situation? Do I talk to the other manager about it (if so, how?)? Do I go to a senior manager? The partner?
