Starting to look for a part time nanny now we’re going back to office (3 days a week). Total newbs here and just starting the process. What is the point of a PIP when you've already been told there is no saving the situation? Could it be related to the relocation benefit involved? If you are terminated after a PIP is that considered 'cause'?
