Hello folks, Is there any opening in MES (Life science) domain?

I am starting a new position as an SDR at LinkedIn and thus signing a new contract. It’s an entry-level position but I have already worked in the company for some time. Would you recommend negotiating the offer or SDR entry-level positions are usually not negotiable?

(I've heard that other SDRs were earning around 40k EUR 70% base salary and 18k EUR 30% variable earnings, in Ireland)

I am currently working in a BD/Digital Strategy role and would like to switch to an MC role. Could you suggest on how to build a CV for the latter given that an MC role responsibilities are quite different from a BD/Digital Strategy role? Any tips on preparation and the companies to apply for are highly appreciated.

Would it be a faux pas to ask a recruiter to connect me with a recruiter for another area? Applied for a tax role and was turned down in favor of an internal candidate, but told to reach out if I found something I was interested in. I currently make $80k as an S1. I’m interviewing with a small firm (<100 people) for an M&A analyst position. The recruiter mentioned they have a decent pipeline of deals in the near future and are growing their team. I have been wanting to move into the M&A/Deals/Valuation space, so this seems like a good opportunity. Salary will be somewhere around $80k and the yearly bonus is expected to be anywhere from $20-40k for my level. Is this a good idea? The size of the firm scares me.

Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). I did that for almost 2 years before making the switch. I miss sales, though. Does anyone have any connections to companies looking? I have also considered a sales analyst role considering that I am moderately versed in Salesforce and have worked both the customer facing and sales generating side. TIA!
