I just got an email from a recruiter from Google!
Omgomgomgomg
He said that the position is in the Bay Area or New York. I haven’t replied the email. I don’t think we can move to those cities, but I don’t want to lose this opportunity. Does anyone know if Google does remote jobs within US?
Well that’s a helpful email, thanks HR 🤦🏼♀️😂

A few people would care at the company but very few. The problem is the majority of these recruiters get a green light for different candidate and immediately move to the next role they need to fill with zero care on how that reflects upon their company.
I had six interviews with a well respected innovative company and my candidate experience was so terrible and then got rejected for the position because "possibly better fit for another role." A new recruiter reached out and said I'd only have 2 interviews, turned it down because if I was treated that poorly in the interview process, what would it look like/ feel like to work there?
Agree with BCG1. Leadership should focus on this bc I’ve had companies that I’d love to work for but the candidate experience was so awful that I walked away.
Yea it would make me not consider them in the future if I had a Choice.
