A for sure.
A is already happening.
B is trying to make it happen.
Go where it is happening.

Go for A, but try and keep the door open for the future with B.
You’re still early in your career. You’ll benefit from the established environment of A. You’ll have more opportunities to learn, mess up, improve.
B could potentially become an exciting option in a couple years. You’ll have acquired new skills. They will have grown. And it might be a natural next step.
I think I've acquired nice skills in my previous experience in a big nerwork agency. That's why I'm thinking about practicing hard in B-type agency.

Do what scares and challenges you. You’re just starting your career so you have time to experiment, make mistakes and grow.
Personally I’d take B. You’ll have more responsibility and frankly a lot less competition on creative briefs. As a result, you’ll learn far more and be a huge asset to any agency you work for in the future.
Yes that's what I'm thinking too and that's why I'm hesitating because option B is high risk high reward imo Thank you for the piece of advice!
A. Period.
Thank you to everyone who answered. I'll keep in mind everyone advices!
I chose A by the way.
