I took a 3 mo. maternity leave this year. My firm calculates bonuses based on the amount of collectibles over the course of the calendar year with a minimum collectibles amount in order to qualify for a bonus. How have you women dealt with this? Obviously it’s difficult for me to meet my collectibles requirement for a year when I only will have worked for 9 months. Have any of you requested that the minimum collectibles/billables amount be prorated? Any other suggestions/thoughts? Thanks!

I have received a job offer and gave them my expected salary to which the hr told it was above their budget. (Did a proper research and quoted them the range)

They gave me an offer with a difference of 1 to 1.5 lakh from what I had asked.

Any tips whether should I go with the offer they gave or still negotiate?

EY offer letter compensation structure doesn't have any mention of gratuity? But its written below that "beside this you will be eligible for gratuity". Will it be deducted from the given compensation or it will be given in addition to given compensation????

Group 2: B4, “broad specialists” - Navigant, W. Monroe etc: $400-600K

Amazon FLDP vs Gartner Consulting (post-MBA level). I am worried taking Amazon will close the door for consulting in the future. Amazon comp - 130k base + 80k sign-on bonus (~45k first year, ~35k second year) + 100k RSU (4 year vest). Gartner - 125k base + 15K EOY Bonus + 10k sign-on bonus.
