I took a 3 mo. maternity leave this year. My firm calculates bonuses based on the amount of collectibles over the course of the calendar year with a minimum collectibles amount in order to qualify for a bonus. How have you women dealt with this? Obviously it’s difficult for me to meet my collectibles requirement for a year when I only will have worked for 9 months. Have any of you requested that the minimum collectibles/billables amount be prorated? Any other suggestions/thoughts? Thanks!

What's the best strategy for getting relevant Investment Banking/Capital Markets related internships (specifically in the fall)? I would even do some freelance research for no pay I just need experience in something other than FP&A (which is partly my role in my internship this summer). Google for the same salary. Consulting is a grind that usually pays better. If it doesn't pay better it's really not worth the grind.

Google PM for sure. I’m also guessing by your title you could be a technical PM. You’d get great pay and better WLB. Plus, probably a fun job.
Google has a name that will carry you into any job you apply to into the future and beyond. Both offers are unreal good, but Google will carry you to greater heights (and impress your grandmother).
