Who has hired someone to clean their house?
This is a new one for me...

Best book you read in 2016?

Possibly living in a van down by the river. Maybe I can do both since we are all WFH indefinitely now.
Definitely be doing art - like painting. Or maybe a chemistry professor.
I would probably have gone the tenure-track, academic research route instead of going into industry. I was quite torn when I finished graduate school and really the only reason I ended up in industry is because industry offered me an opportunity I wanted before academia did.
Question is, why are you still in tech..? (Not judging, just curious as to why you didn’t pursue that) or are you pursuing it in the tech domain ?
For me tech is still where I'm happiest (I'd like to be a butcher), I wouldn't give it up now anything else. Though... If I wasn't in tech, see above :)
I’m actually quitting very soon to pursue my passion—life and leadership coach and new thought minister
I'd be a butcher :)
I'd have a studio of my own in a tropical location and I'll make and sell acrylic paintings :)
Working for a B-Corp or nonprofit
Something in emergency management
I'd start my own small business, something creative involving textiles
creating music/soundtracks for video games
When I was a kid I wanted to be an Astronomer...then a Sports Reporter...both seem to be quite impossible careers unless you are a genius or know the right people.
I used to want to be an astronomer until I took astronomy as an undergrad. Most boring class I ever took. And somehow I found computer science fun lol
That’s funny I earned my undergrad degree in journalism as well!
I would be making music.
Does anyone here know when corporate America and other global corporations are going to take dirt naps. I have a feeling the future is going to be driven by individuals. Thoughts?
Bowl Leader
Statistics, nonprofit coordination, or some kinda customer engagement stuff like community things (😉) or field marketing
High school counselor then HS principal.
Probably environmental engineer if I couldn't make a career in music work
I used to be an environmental engineer...I left it for tech!
Diplomat
I’d be back in consulting
