If you WFH with a curved single monitor, what brand/size do you recommend? I’ve heard making this switch from double monitors can help eye strain so I am strongly considering it.

WFH Wearing my boyfriend's polo shirt without hair/makeup when suddenly I was required to open up my front camera for a test run...turning my laptop to the wall, and wave my hands to show I am alive.
