I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.

Anyone knows the chances of location being changed after receiving the offer and getting tagged to a project?

Do you have someone in your office/group that you just loathe? They’ve only been on good projects with strong project teams since they’ve started. I’ve gone to them for help in the past via a partners suggestion but came to find out they’ve had their hand held the whole time. How do you get past feeling jealous and annoyed because you work your ass off and are supposedly a top performer but still get put on shit projects with no help? Is it really just time to walk? I was trained in informatica and currently work in a support project using Talend and Datastage. K have 1.3 years experience. I reiterated my interest and specifically said the interview was bad in my opinion. What are your thoughts?? Will I just be ghosted?
