My technical interviews are done.

Currently in finance ops group at a PE shop in Canada. In late stages of interview process w GS in NYC for similar role but at the Associate level. All indications point to an offer being imminent but I have concerns with 1) title (junior VP’s in the group have +1/-1 YOE than me, 2) base feels a bit light given I have 9+ YOE (job description says top end is US$160K)…Nervous for a change as current role is very comfy but nothing ever grows in comfort zones. Thoughts?

I‘ve joined Globant 3 months back. They have offered me very good CTC & the position is Senior Developer. I’m on bench till date & there are few more too. Being on the high CTC side & Higher position, I’m bit tensed about my career over here. Can someone please help me if it is a normal situation in Globant? Or I should worry & should be active again? Is it just me or were the roads far worse yesterday than they usually are during a winter storm? Seems like there was no road salting ahead of time (at least where I was). I ended up being forced to run 2 red lights/convert to a right turn cause I couldn't stop (I was going less than 15 mph, didn't slam brakes, and have lots of winter driving experience).
