I’m interviewing for an associate position at my firm’s competitor. My main reason for doing this is because I don’t feel valued at my current firm and the pay at the competitor is substantially more. This obviously is not something I can say at my interview. But i need to be able say why I’m looking to move firms when it’s the same work in the same geographical area. Any thoughts?
