If your I140 gets approved when you’re out of the US, and it’s been 6 months since but you’re still outside, you still retain the PD and the employer cannot withdraw it right?

Any words of wisdom for managing an increasingly intense workload as a junior associate? Im corporate/transactional but because of my specialization I’m being brought into litigation matters for regulatory analysis. As such, I have 4 separate groups giving me work. I got an offer as a Principal IS Architect (Level 6) at Amgen and my comp is as follows: 180k base, 15% Target Bonus, 25k Sign-on, 25k New-hire RSU (vests 4 years), 20k Annual target RSU (SF based salary).
1st-year comp: ~ 276k
2nd, 3rd, 4th years: ~251k

This is a remote role. I want to know if I am being lo-balled as I expected the 2nd year onwards comp to be at 260k+.

My company started my GC on August 2021… but they finally submitted the PWD on Oct 2022. They took over a year on this step due to the fact that this is the first time they do the GC with my kind of role in my company…And they will not do the recruitment in parallel with PWD per company policy. I will be satisfy the minimum requirements when it hits Oct 2023. So they will only file my PERM after Oct 2023…

Do I need a new H1B Stamping? I extended my visa last year (new expiration date: 2024 Summer) and got my visa stamped accordingly. Since then, I changed firms and transferred my visa, which now has a different expiration date (i.e 2024 Winter). I honestly don’t know why the date got longer with just a transfer. Anyway, would I need to get my visa stamped again since the date of current i797-A (winter 2024) is different from my previous i797-A/latest visa stamp?

Would I be able to extend my H1b after I graduate say two years later for a new employer, even if the job has completely changed - say from business consultant to a tech manager? L1 extension petion filed about 6 months ago. USCIS website says Texas service center takes between 3.5 to 5.5 months to process I-129. The case inquiry date has also passed the date my petition was filed and yet no response. Is this normal? I reached out to my firm's immigration attorney assigned to my case and they're not responding as well. Is there anything I can do at this point?
