Online Tax LLM - Worth it?

I’m transferring over to the taxation division in my state AGs office. I have really limited tax experience, but I always have had some interest in tax policy and practice (even if tax law is for those who didn’t quite have the personality to be accountants 😜).

Currently I am working as Senior Full Stack Developer in MERN technologies. I have overall experience of 4 years and MERN experience of 3 years. My current CTC is 7.3LPA.

Based on my experience and technologies, may I know what should be the ideal CTC for the next job?

I started taking Adderal, 2.5 g which is not really a lot. It didn’t really help with my focus, instead I felt restless and somehow nervous and really thirsty. And it made me clench my teeth. I do grind my teeth during nighttime but never experienced this in the daytime. Does it take time to get used to it?

How are schools funded? It seems like the school in the district next to mine has so much more money than my school. How does that happen?

I keep data on how many kids get on their conferences, and how much work is turned in compared to my in person kids.
I might get 30% of my E learners to actually do their work where I get 85 to 90% of my in person kids. 
It’s almost impossible to get parents to return phone calls and emails for the E learners.

I’m hoping that during this pandemic districts become more aware of what’s a necessity in education and well.... what’s just a “want”. After teaching for many years districts have created no necessary jobs when $$ was good... w/o really thinking if the funds would always be there. Districts shouldn’t be creating program specialist jobs .... that’s what their calling them and people who have that title are also receiving regular teacher pay as well and are currently teachers.
