Getting approached about operations manager roles at a number of micro mobility companies (think: Lime, Bird). Roles involve managing 20-50 people to move, maintain, charge vehicles as well as improving strategy for increasing ridership / revenue. They also want someone who can handle local regulatory requirements and use data to expand ridership.
