How have you navigated two sides of a client team who won’t talk to each other? Am resourced to one, the other keeps sending us work. I have outright asked them to talk and prioritize, pleaded no resourcing, proposed increased scope, overworked, and rejected asks. The hits keep coming, the amount of time wasted is insane.

I hate project management. I literally hate it. I've done it for a bit now and I don't know if it's this current role but I don't want to manage other people to make sure they're doing their job anymore. I honestly don't understand the people side of it. You have a job you should be managing your time to get things done accordingly. Oh you're swamp and need help remembering, well get a calendar. I don't want to rake notes, send out next steps, manage meetings invites I don't run myself. Ugh

I had taken 80 hours as leave and charged it under APA hours. Will these APA hours be added to my utilization (like would these be considered as client service hours or not)?

I am in a very toxic account. They tend to blame their miscommunication or lack of communication of materials to the creative teams who are working on the projects. Weirdly though the Creative teams and accounts still manage a very good relationship which I don’t know if it’s only on the surface level. In every project that I lead, none of my account teams keep me posted on any updates that I affects my project yet blames it all to me for not asking. I really want to quit but am I weird?

Denied from Darden R1. Waitlisted at a T15 and accepted at a T15 (lower ranking than waitlisted school). My gut says it’s not worth it since stern is technically a higher ranking than all I’ve applied to and R3 is going to be even more difficult to differentiate myself, but then again it seems Deloitte has a high admissions rate.
