I've 5 years of experience into Java Spring boot. I got an offer from Paytm of 32 LPA and 450 units of ESOPs I also have an offer from JPMorgan Chase of 24 Lakhs of fixed pay and 15% ( 3 Lakhs approx. ) of bonus. Another offer from Zee entertainment enterprise ltd / Zeel of 30 LPA. Please help me choose either of these. I'm a little sceptical about Paytm as it is still burning cash. But optimistic as it uses the latest tech. #paytm #jpmc #jpmorgan #chase #choice

Recently had a satisfying conversation with other professionals on the importance of Social Media Engagement over Social Media Followers. Most of us agreed that engaging current followers is far more important than chasing after new ones.
Many do not realize that a published social post won't organically reach a new audience if your current followers do not interact with it. I speak more on this in my new blog post.

Was offered a role 4 years ago at a smaller system in New Jersey- was about 150k. They came back to me last month for a similar role and it was in the 160s. Not much in the bonus area if anything. The gc was making north of 400k
$175k-$250k
I interviewed for a role at a large nonprofit system (40 or so hospitals in several states). Comp was going to be around $200-240k, including bonus. 10 YOE
That's more than a large for profit system pays (excluding stock options at that system)!
3 hospital AMC in Los Angeles. 3 YOE 180 k
Region?? Experience?
Philly. Almost 10 yoe. Get it's different by region, etc. but trying to get a ballpark of how much a national healthcare system pays.
Definitely depends on how large the system is. I’ve been in-house at a hospital for 10 years and make around $100k but we are very small…only one hospital and only 18 beds. As a result, my responsibilities aren’t nearly what they would be if I was in a larger system because we outsource a lot of things that can’t be done by one person.
That is quite a small hospital! Fair point. Mostly curious by the very large systems though I've seen smaller systems actually pay more than larger ones.
