My mother is struggling financially. I’m 22 and make around 70k. My mother makes around 60k. I live in a different state. My job is remote so I may move back home at the end of my lease to help her with bills, but I don’t really want to because I enjoy my life I’ve built here. When should a stub start getting worried about not having much work and low billable hours?
I’ve asked for work but no luck. I know they say this is normal for a stub but when should I start getting worried and consider looking for exit options? Fyi, I like my practice group, so I don’t want to change to a different group within my firm, hence would have to lateral, if I have to. Also, other co-1st years are churning in high hours.

My 1 year old child is a tank. She eats more than any child I have ever seen - an average breakfast consists of 1-2 pieces of toast and 2-3 eggs with 1/2-1 carton of berries. For dinner last night, she had the chicken out of 3 chicken tacos, guacamole, 1/2 cup of pineapple, and 1 cup of broccoli. The other night was 3/4 cup pasta, 2 pieces of pizza (no crust), and 1/2 a carton of berries.

She is 92nd percentile for height and 28th for weight, so she isn’t overweight - I’m just blown away.

district is asking us to hand out instruments to kids before school starts.... but they are untested assigned kids..... they tell us to do this at the same time we are supossed to be in district training. then they say if it's a problem just do it earlier. what happens if you give a beginner a school instrument before they actually start instruction? One of my large strategic customers mentioned they would like some additional insight into what our teams are working on MoM (we're a managed service).
