My mother is struggling financially. I’m 22 and make around 70k. My mother makes around 60k. I live in a different state. My job is remote so I may move back home at the end of my lease to help her with bills, but I don’t really want to because I enjoy my life I’ve built here. I would feel guilty if I didn’t move home though. I’m a bit torn on what to do.
Any openings for abap fresher???
I was cold approached by a recruiter for a reputable agency (though, one I’m not terribly interested in) for a senior role with a generous bump in pay. I’m currently a mid (3 yrs exp) at my agency and don’t really have any interest in leaving now (I like it here). Is there any way to use this information and offer to my advantage down the road? Have been with my current agency for less than a year, so talking $$ feels ill-timed.
When should a stub start getting worried about not having much work and low billable hours?
I’ve asked for work but no luck. I know they say this is normal for a stub but when should I start getting worried and consider looking for exit options? Fyi, I like my practice group, so I don’t want to change to a different group within my firm, hence would have to lateral, if I have to. Also, other co-1st years are churning in high hours.
I'm looking for a work from home job that does not require talking on the phone. Does anyone have any ideas or need someone to work?
I'm in talks for a role with another consulting firm. It's like 40% sales engineer, 40% hands-on solution architect/consultant (for actual engagements), 20% internal product/solution development + people management. Any suggestions for how to title this role?
Without considering the income, is transitioning from Senior Manager/Director (technical role) from Big4 to a Senior TPM role in big tech considered a good exit long term? Or should I target Engineering Director roles not in big tech/fanng? I don’t think I am qualified for ED roles in big tech.
Does anyone have advice on the hours typically worked at CFGI? I'm currently in a senior manager role with the expectation to be TMD in the next two years - however, given staffing issues and the politics of the firm, I'm looking for a switch.
In addition, as a non-audit accounting firm, do former big 4 employees working at CFGI pick back up their investments and are no longer restricted?
I look forward to any input CFGI employees may have. Thanks!
I'm looking for a job in finance field I'm a fresher just graduated in 2021 and I currently work in customer operations as no one is hiring a fresher and everyone needs prior work experience in finance.

"We regret to inform you that we do not have a suitable opening in the organization that is commensurate with your background/skills and experience. We hope to reconsider your profile when there is a new suitable opening"
but Accenture HR called me, at first call they confirm my basic details, at 2nd call (ystrday) HR confirmed all my job relevant experience and discuss Job description. What that remark stands for?
Hi Fishes, I am considering a Senior Engineer role with Alteryx (previously Hyper Anna) Sydney. If it's not too much trouble, I was hoping if anyone here could share their experience of working at Alteryx Sydney in terms of Culture, work life balance, politics, work pressure, people, Leadership and product. Thanks.

Do you typically get paid more if you go directly through a company’s recruiters or through a third party recruiter? I’m getting messages from both for the same role
I am looking to transition into a product management role with less than 3 years of work experience, none that relates to PM (Operations at Amazon, current:sales). How do I better my chances for PM?
Anyone ever done a traveling PTA position? What was your experience? Was it worth it? I know the on boarding is limited and usually thrown to the wolves in those positions. Just wondering if anyone has had any good experiences and dos and donts.
My 1 year old child is a tank. She eats more than any child I have ever seen - an average breakfast consists of 1-2 pieces of toast and 2-3 eggs with 1/2-1 carton of berries. For dinner last night, she had the chicken out of 3 chicken tacos, guacamole, 1/2 cup of pineapple, and 1 cup of broccoli. The other night was 3/4 cup pasta, 2 pieces of pizza (no crust), and 1/2 a carton of berries.
She is 92nd percentile for height and 28th for weight, so she isn’t overweight - I’m just blown away.
district is asking us to hand out instruments to kids before school starts.... but they are untested assigned kids..... they tell us to do this at the same time we are supossed to be in district training. then they say if it's a problem just do it earlier. what happens if you give a beginner a school instrument before they actually start instruction? Guess we will find out

So general question I need to “translate” business speak into plain English. I have had 2 bosses now say they want me to ask more questions. I tend to be solution and Collaboration oriented and like to jump in. My problem is asking questions is hard because I have adhd and I’m trying to concentrate my focus on getting the information I need out of the conversation. So what kind of questions should I be asking? She saying I need to gain perspective on projects? Or. Please help.

Is it okay to pass on connecting with recruiters if you’re happy with your current agency? Have heard both sides- that you should never say no & conversely, that it’s okay to pass if you’re not actively seeking new opps. Thoughts?

Does anyone send out updates to specific customers in newsletter format?
One of my large strategic customers mentioned they would like some additional insight into what our teams are working on MoM (we're a managed service).
I thought it might be cool to test out some sort of newsletter-format, to send updates to our stakeholders there. The hope being that it would contain visuals and have a modern feel, and be a little lighter feeling than ANOTHER google sheet or dashboard.

How do you all make sure you are delivering value and moving the needle on each and every client call? Or is that a pipe dream? :)
When landing/transitioning new work at pace, what are some ways you get specific enough to manage client expectations and sign a contract with some sort of a scope, but knowing you had to race to complete that discovery and there's def more to learn, giving yourself enough wiggle room to not box-in the team that will be handed the work? Is anyone using more like user stories or similar broader formats in SOWs/scopes and then doing a detailed scoping later after the work is handed off?
We see LOTS of posts about what skills are vital to the role of CSM. This post attempts to distill them into a list, but also provides some ideas for how workout your CS muscle, even without having ever used it before;
Has anyone made the transition from client services / account management within an advertising agency to CSM? What was your experience like? Have 5x years agency experience and thinking of making the switch…
Looking forward connecting with many of you. I’m currently finishing up my first year as a CSM at a small SaaS startup and am loving the experience. I have over 12 YOE in customer facing roles and would enjoy discussing all things CS/AM. I’d love break into larger SaaS org as my long term goal. What was your path like to get there?
Anyone interested in a referral for Deloitte? We’re looking to staff a project with an analyst that has prior CSM or general customer service experience. The role is not customer facing and is not extremely data heavy. PM if interested!
Hi, I am a healthcare worker looking to switch careers into CSM, but I’m having a hard time leveraging my experience appropriately. I feel that a lot of my soft skills are easily transferable, and any hard skill can be learned fairly quickly. I feel like I can’t seem to even land an interview because my resume doesn’t have any customer success or account management titles so recruiters don’t even care. Has anyone transitioned in CSM from a completely different industry? How did you do it?
