I have joined Nagarro almost a year now as a senior architect. However, I see lot of issues here. The company is great so far as employee friendliness is concerned. It may be rated as the top most company in that regard and that is why attrition is well within control. However, there are issues:

1. Project Allocation - allocated to projects without fitment with the role or skills. No internal job portal

2. Lots of seniors in bench for long time

3. No way to give company feedback

Did anyone transition from a Sales Ops role? Been at my company for four years and have done a little bit of cold calling, a lot of cold emailing but mainly designing and implementing systems for our company to use inside and outside of CRM. Want something more rewarding but dont know what a good transition would be.

Those of you who left for industry, what do you work towards in your role? I was reflecting on my time in public and there was always something, whether it was a new section in the file, getting more client contact, getting invited to a big golf outing, running the jobs, managing the jobs, etc. I worry that leaving would leave me bored and not motivated to hit any sort of goal. I’m burnt out and worry that I’m making a rash decision lol. Thoughts?

At the end of all interviews the recruiter told me the manager was attempting to open a more junior role to better fit my experience but they weren’t sure “if or when she would get the approval”. Niche would be Finance and payroll processes (strong exp. in Finance transformation projects). Also, an AWS cloud practitioner and can take up cloud transformations projects.
