Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.

Here is the sequence:
1. Google
2. Seniors in the team
3. Manager
This is what I was going to say! I always start with Google and work my way up to my manager as a last resort.
I try to reach out to colleagues with more experience than me before reaching out to managers.
It depends on the problem, for some I can find solution through Google other i have to ask people with more exp.
Same, Google first - always! Then a colleague a bit more senior and allll the way up to manager if needed...usually it's not though haha
I always try to solve problems on my own, but if it's taking too long or if I'm too unsure, I'll go to a trusted colleague and ask for help. If that doesn't work, I'll go to my manager. Honesty is the best policy.
