Once you have been working professionally for a few years, is gpa ever really brought up in interviews or the interview process? Our business is two years old and about 60 full time employees strong. We've never gathered demographic details from our team members such as ethnicity, cultural identify, sexual orientation, etc. and recently ran into an instance where the percentages of diversity among staff was requested.
