I'm here as a last resort, working pro-bono on helping launch a small charity based e-commerce brand. I was obtaining the socials and got to instagram. The account was immediately banned for no reason (not an offensive name, client actually owns a trademark for the name) Guessing you know where this story goes. It's been weeks of trying to get contact. Did the verification codes and ID photos but nothing. Anyone have a contact for a real human being that might help?

I am confused of the basic pay in salary structure. My current CTC is 4.5LPA and my basic pay is 16,590. I have an offer from TCS and they are offering 8.5LPA, in the offer letter the basic pay is mentioned as 15,000. Why is it lower than my current one. Should I ask HR regarding this or will it be same for everyone who is around the same salary? I am not sure about it. Could anyone please clarify me on this.
