Red Rabbit is awesome for dinner. Best juicy lucy is in Saint Paul at the Blue Door — worth the trek. Surly is a solid brewery/brewpub
Walker art center’s outdoor area is always a nice walk, there are also some nice lakes around the area
Food: Bar la Grassa (Italian), Young Joni (Pizza), Smack Shack (Seafood), P.S. Steak (American).
Bars/Breweries: Psycho Suzies, Surly, Parlour.
Rooftops: Stellas.
I second Bar la Grassa. And the North loop is a cool area. I would skip dancing given the recent shootings downtown.
Bar Brava is an amazing natural wine bar with insane tapas style food. In that neighborhood is a trendy dive bar called Meteor.
In NE you could check out Chimborazo for equadorian food and then Twin City Distillery next door or Fair State Brewery within a few blocks.
Martina is great for fancy brunch, but you'll need a reservation. Maria's is also great and you won't need a reservation.
Hola Arepa and Hai Hai are also popular right now but easier to get a reservation than some places. You can rent a canoe or kayak at Lake Bda mke ska or bikes almost anywhere. Bowling at Bryant lake bowl and drinks at the uptown brewery on lake street would also be fun.
