Looking for some advice on the following - I want to make a pivot back to client services, specifically advisory/consulting/transaction services. I have 4 years public accounting experience, and 3.5 years manager experience within the corporate controllership function, both technical and SEC reporting related (more technical than SEC). What roles would I be a fit for? Public experience includes tax and audit. EY PwC KPMG Deloitte
Hi fishes, what are the chances of Pwc AC rescinding an offer, given the market condition. The offer letter I have received seems to be generic and doesn't look it is for a specific project. The role seems to be generic. I am a little hesitant, specially because of HR's behaviour who doesn't seem to care responding to my queries and ignores all my emails and calls. Any advice?

The best way to grow is really a deeper community strategy that involves finding ways to be exposed to new audiences. At some point, the current level of audience saturation to able to get followers organically will cease.
- find the curators. Curator accounts on Instagram are huge. Like accounts posting best account to follow on a budget, best advice about stock market, best accounts on retirement. Some are up to 50k, 100k and beyond. So if she posts tags curators and gets reposted by them, then she can find new followers.
- brand collaboration/partnership. The bigger the better obviously, but a good way to get exposed to new audiences, especially on a continuous basis. This can be hard with a small follower amount but align her with a smaller brand.
- collaborate with other influencers. Be genuine, get exposed to their audience. Do IG lives with them. Do takeovers.
- Do giveaways. Like one month sub to her favorite app. Requirement is tag two people.
- become a resource. Make carousel on how to prepare for taxes, the 5 things you need to know about finances in your 20s, 30s, etc.
- anything that allows you to be exposed to new audiences and gets reposted is what really matters. Also showing up on the explore page. So making a cool reel, big text posts etc.
- or buy followers lol 🤷🏻♀️
I think 5k seems quite aggressive for first quarter but ya know client wants what they want. Growing audience takes time.
Great post, gold star!
Paid posts. In addition to having good content you are going to have to do paid posts to get people to follow along. Also loving the collab idea.
Are they the type of person that would do collabs with other influencers? I.e. beyond posting on other people’s pages is there opportunity for co-creation? (Easier said than done on certain platforms)
Also not sure on the type of financial personality they are / what they’re known for, but is there something else they can do that incentivizes people to follow (off the cuff example but if they’re known for stock market analysis, could they do a free stock giveaway)
Thanks! This is helpful. They’re in the personal finance / wealth building realm. Love the co-creation idea. She had a network of other influencers in the space I think she can pull that off with.

I’ve already added the tried and true follow strategy, commenting and engaging on posts of those she follows and folks who follow her, and a hashtag strategy. Anything I’m missing?
