No, it is usually more of a cultural fit imo. Senior level requires more technical questions.
It is entry level. There will likely be questions about the level of tax classes you had if you have no prior tax work history. I highly doubt you are questioned of specific tax concepts.
Culture. Possibly some problem solving /multi tasking skill assessment. Maybe light excel. Wouldn't expect anything technical.

I think it’s funny that you say you think the interview is for an entry level job. Seems that would be a good thing to ask.
Suggestions- make sure you check out the website. Know a little about the firm.
Google the firm name and city the job is in. Might add to some interesting questions.
Ask the types of projects you’re likely to be on the first two years. S Corp, partnerships, etc.
Are there specific industries that are served by that office.
If it’s important to you, ask how the firm supports or encourages civic activity/volunteer activities.
