I know week 13 is amazing! I kept with my same training program running and weight lifting but I decreased the weight and increased the reps. How long does this high last?! I feel like a normal person again

I switched from BBG to prenatal Pilates and found it to be amazing. I had an incredibly easy labor and delivery and have bounced back postpartum quickly. I’m convinced a lot of it was due to Pilates.

+1 to this. If you can’t find a studio there are tonnes of prenatal mat pilates and yoga on YouTube.

I liked tone it up
I did barre and flywheel cycling and occasional yoga combination. I especially love barre - did barre until the week of delivery. I am also convinced it helped with delivery and postpartum recovery
Expecting and Empowered. I especially like the specific pelvic floor portions of the workouts, it absolutely feels like you are training for childbirth/recovery.
