I’m 21 about to graduate from a top 40 school (BU, BC, NEU). I’m going into restructuring at an (FTI, Alvarez,Alix). I’d really like to get into HBS or GSB in about 5 years. On the side, I run a educationalYouTube channel with 1m subscribers also trying to leverage it into a podcast. I am also a artist (colorizing) and working towards publishing a coffee table type book with a historian. I have a 3.5 in Finance and Accounting. Do I have a chance assuming high GMAT? What else should I be doing?

Cons : junior title\level, hybrid

Company 2 : $150k base + 10% bonus
Pros : senior role\title, fully remote

Would you go for junior role for high salary? Would it hurt in future?

I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Hi SpEd Teachers, is anyone else facing EXTREME staff shortages as a result of state funding? We are not able to meet my students' IEP requirements (not even close) due to not enough paraprofessionals and the district flat out refusing to hire more. I've lost 70+ hrs/week of para hours over the past few years and my students are really suffering. This leaves our district open to lawsuits, but the real problem is the state's education budget. The number of the alumni and current students that go to top consulting firms FT& summer intern are countless even for a small class size.
Stern is way more than a finance school. Given its location, do you want to spend your 2 years in a rural area or heart of Manhattan? Location is almost everything for business school. (I have a friend in Cornell that frequently travels about 5 hours to NYC for events.)
