I’m 21 and been in sales for about 3 years total. I’m on pace to make just under $300,000 this year. Is that around what I should be expecting or should I be speaking with the executives for more?

Anyone that works in Gilead Science in the biostatistic area. How is the work culture? Do feel that you can move up (opportunities for promotion)? Do you feel that your pay is reasonable if you live in a HCOL?

I am in talks with 3 startups for now. One offer is on the horizon. Rest two, interviews will be done this week.

How much to ask? (I'm thinking 45LPA with base >=18 or 20)

Is there any one who has 60 days notice period or is it just me. I come across posts where everyone has a 90 days notice period at D-USI.
Though my offer letter says 60days, just don't want the hr to surprise me last moment. I am a SCON within Advisory (RFA)

M here, at Deloitte just over a year. I have been expanding my network and working on FIs. I’m coming available soon and finding it very difficult to get staffed on my next engagement. Any other experienced hires faced with the same? It’s not about being a good fit. I’m just not seeing the roles which is extremely frustrating because I know they exist.

Love making to the final round with the hiring manager and then being told that ‘I don’t have the depth of experience that the role called for’. I told everyone that area wasn’t my expertise and was told that it wasn’t a problem. Way to waste my time. 🙄

How can I handle this better next time?

I work for a company with a pretty generous PTO policy and a mostly remote flex policy (4 days a month in office if within 75 miles of the building). One thing I’m wondering if there is a way to help us I get the “I’m taking a mental health day” call out regularly which causes a strain on the rest of the team because we were unable to prepare like we would with pre-planned PTO. Any ideas of things I can do as a manager to encourage pre-planned PTO instead of these call outs?

Which sales job was your first to break six figures?

My company is recruiting me for a “Assistant sales manager” position. My question is what do you think I should negotiate as a base pay? Anyone currently in that position?
