What will be the in-hand salary?
I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?

Yes u should. JPM has a habit of low balling comp to its employees. In a solid employment market like this u should look out for your own interests and find out what you are worth elsewhere instead of sticking with a below market compensation.
Heck, even JPM Delaware pays about the same
I just completed my first year in the BO and I am making almost as much as that all in. You should try negotiating or look elsewhere
I would be the elephant in the room and say it is quite common and not as low as you think. It depends on what your starting salary was when you started working.
Depends.....first on how many years you’ve worked. If this is your first year, that’s great. If you’ve been working since 21 then yeah, you are very likely underpaid but...second, depends upon your exact role.
When evaluating your comp, note not all companies offer all benefits so while you may make less somewhere , take into account what else they are offering. A big example of this would be a pension.
27 as well and paid 80 as base plus bonus. JPMC does not pay well, I will be looking for a job externally.
That's low,, depending on what you do, I know of several companies in second tier cities who pay more than that.. cities such as Charlotte, Chicago, etc come to mind.. imagine making 10-15K more with COL that's 30-50% lower
What group are you in?
Yes
