IVF with ICSI to help with the fertilization, plus PGT-A testing to weed out abnormal embryos to bolster chances of avoiding miscarriage. Good luck!

And genetic carrier screening tests for you and your husband, to check for genetic diseases that you could potentially pass down to the embryo
If motility and count are both low, probably IVF. But obviously a Dr/RE would know best! Good luck
if money is not an issue, i would encourage IVF (ICSI) and not waste time with an IUI
IVF may be the best direct route. IUI may be a waste of time and energy at this point. IVF with FET. Good luck!

Second this! RE's will recommend IUI bc it's cheaper and less invasive, but when I pushed back and asked if we could skip it, he was thrilled.

I was diagnosted with PCOS, HSG confirmed a blocked tube, husband count was low… we tried IUI and it worked. I’m 26 weeks today! I wouldn’t say IUI is a waste of time, it just takes ONE!
I agree! I thought it was too initially but we tried it once and it worked for us.
My husband had low sperm count and they put him on clomid - we had success with our first IUI. I recommend giving it a try… IVF is a long road.
Did they suggest surgery? My husband had something similar they did routine surgery and his counts went up significantly. Trying naturally still didn't worked for us but IUI did.
