Mental health is important! Do you have a therapist or medical practitioner who would support to your case to take medical leave!
You can take a mini sabbatical. This sounds like mental distress. Take PTO …go to your md, get time off till it rolls into STD. Look for something less stressful and create space mentally for your new and better opportunity while getting paid. You CAN create a plan that works for you and your family.

Take some time for yourself. You are not well clearly. As they say, fill your cup first. You can’t pour from an empty cup. Your little one needs a happy healthy mom. Start with a few days off, do something enjoyable. Sleep, eat, walks, whatever floats your boat. See how you feel. You may need to take a longer break, and there are options to support that. Listen to your body. Wishing you well.
If this is an option, take the future leave option at Accenture. It’s 3 months of unpaid time off but its job protected.

Thank you all for suggestions and ideas. Appreciate it.
If you can justify a leave of absence (medical documentation required) that is often fully paid. Also sabbaticals are generally partially paid + you hold on to your health care, maybe check if you adjust your living standards during the sabbatical (cook at home more often, etc) whether you can get by?
Is this feeling constant or happens once a month or so? I feel like this too but it’s not always. And I know it’s because I am exhausted and really need to prioritize my health and well wellness

Very often lately because of the stressful project I'm managing and the fact that I lost my helper at home for child care. Recipe for disaster.
Maybe you could also go part time, just enough so you can keep your benefits? At Deloitte you can go to 60%, I believe
Wishing you the best OP. I have 10+ years that hold memories of nothing but after-school and weekends that focused on errands. Worked at PwC then.

Were you at a HCOL at the time?
No suggestions, just sympathy. I’m 30 and this is exactly how I feel. Hugs to you, op.
