I bought a new iPad Mini in February and broke it after one month of use - went skiing without realizing it was in my ski backpack, took a tumble and a beer in my bag burst all over it. Didn’t discover the damage until days later. The iPad itself is pretty much toast, it turns on but the water damage is visible on the screen. Don’t have apple care, what’s my best course of action? I’ve just assumed a total loss but curious if there are any options to consider. Have thought about repair shops
