I’m 8 years into consulting and have worked across 2 firms, 3 industries, and 3 software systems. I’m having a hard time presenting a cohesive story/brand, especially because the one thing that I am kind of known for, I don’t want to keep doing. Any ideas on how to move forward?

Has any consulting or research firm done research to see if there’s correlation between years of experience (yoe) vs. happiness in consulting? Would think fresh consultants/associates with 0-1 yoe and partners with 16+ yoe are the happiest.
