What skills or areas might you want to be focusing on in the future? You can frame your resume and story to emphasize that instead. Lots of resources online about how to do a resume for career change. But you have to have some idea of where you want to go - materials should always be tailored for specific industry etc.
Consulting companies like you to present a “story” that fits there mold so they can create a bs scenario for not promoting you. All, if not 95% of experience in consulting is good and relevant
