It is, generally, pretty difficult to find a job that doesn’t involve a pay cut of that size, since that’s the typical pay cut, outside of certain highly competitive sectors.
It’s worth it.
A 50% paycut would mean $150 base comp - that seems low for finance, especially with the last year of inflation.
A lot of tech roles should give you less than a 50% paycut from a 4th year salary. Hiring is still pretty robust so I would try and find a tech role and get that experience as many in house roles prefer in house experience, so it will ultimately get trickier the longer you stay, and the paycut will be larger.
