Is it common in the industry for licensed insurance agents to not get any commissions on a referral in which you personally write the policy? Ex: If a current client refers a prospect to our team, I would not receive commission. Additionally, if I write a policy for friends/family I would get a small incentive but it’s a fraction of the commission producers make.
Management is considering changing this going forward. However, I’m not sure how I should react if they keep things how they are now.

What’s a reasonable salary range for someone in ATL with 7 YOE and an MBA? Hi, does anyone have any ideas regarding dietitan salary in Arizona (Phoenix area). I asked for several openings there, and found out several of those full time RD positions pay by salary, not hourly. Even happens in an acute care/hospital setting. I thought RD position is paid by hourly pay in a hospital, at lease from where I leave now. Is it some Arizona thing?

Job base salary presented by HR during screening interview was $130-$145k. I have 3-5 years more experience and more education compared to the posting requirements (BA required, I have a MS). I love the position and what it entails, but was hoping to reach $150-$160 base salary. If offered the position, is this a reasonable ask? This is for big pharma, data analytics in New England.
