How is a tech consulting internship at a Big 4 viewed , if I’m looking for full-time opportunities in Big 4, MBB or Tech (FAANG etcs) , and what would be the best way to at least land an interview ?

For those who got an international 1 year MBA (INSEAD), how hard was it to transition to MBB, IB, etc? Especially considering how many firms only hire from the internship pool.

I started as an intern then offered a full time job of £18k salary. In a year I’ve impacted this company so much and ensure to land & secure 2 big clients and more.

How do you deal with someone deliberately trying to make board room meetings tough for you? Eg. Purposefully trying to rip apart your presentations, trying to ask questions to trip you up to seem smart etc. I know why he’s doing it: he feel threatened, but continues to do it. I’ve tried becoming “buddies” with him by getting coffee with jinx trying to get to know him personally etc. but that’s not working. I have to accept that he will continue to antagonize me at meetings and move forward
