Not sure what gender has to do with it.
Let's not pretend gender has nothing to do with it
You're*
At the lower levels? I've been here 5 years and there has been zero difference between gender pay so far.
@RSM1 that's plain mean
If your asking - you likely don't deserve a raise.
I don't know that it does make a difference. There was a separate post a while back, in which after much debating it was decided to include location and gender when asking such questions.
I's say experienced associates should be promoted to senior associates
I think first year seniors make somewhere In the 70-75 range, so I'd expect top end third year associates at in the 65-70 range.
What's COL? I'm in nyc too and I made like 5k less my staff 1 year
We make our associates do 3 years. The firm view is that a senior should be able to be thrown on any engagement firm wide and perform as a senior. To be honest, after two years the vast majority of people just aren't up to that standard. The extra year makes sense.
Where do you guys live? And how do you make so much?!?! I should transfer to pwc -_-
NYC. OP stated in the post. Salaries here are higher because of the COL.
COL = cost of living
