I’m a former Walgreens Pharmacy Operations Manager and currently do Medication Reconciliation for a hospital. The job is nice but I wanna see what else other pharmacy techs have branched out into.

I’m a Willow analyst and we have a few former pharm techs on the team..

Interesting, are there any qualifications that I would need to get to enter that role?

i bounced into program management for a health plan. previously was in specialty pharmacy. i think i’ll be making the move to tech presales within the year though. i hate pharmacy now after 7 years in it.

I understand the hate. I’ve been in it for about 5 years now and I’m starting to look for a way out using my current skill set.

I was just offered an RN II position at Stanford Hospital’s B3 unit for $84/hour. Are there any RNs out there who can tell me what it’s like working on the unit and if it’s worth leaving my job for? I love my current job, my schedule and the people. I have no problems with it except that it’s 1.5 hours away from my family and it pays $25/hour less than Stanford.

Also, do you think it’s too late to ask if I can visit the unit before I make my decision? Thanks in advance.

Interviewing for BIOLIFE today and looking to gain insight from anyone who works for the company.

I think I bombed a case interview with Chartis for an associate consultant position. The case was in excel and required me to manipulate the data via share screen with the interviewer. I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?

Is it ok to apply to multiple positions at the same company when searching for a new job?
